Our discovery conversation takes 20 to 30 minutes. Your session takes 1 to 3 hours, depending on your package. Final images arrive in about a week, or sooner if you need them urgently. Just let me know and we can arrange that.

In all my years doing this, it hasn’t happened yet. But if for any reason you’re not happy, we’ll work together to make it right. Your satisfaction and feeling genuinely seen is what matters most to me.

Life happens, and I understand that. If you need to cancel, there’s a 50% fee to cover studio costs and scheduling. This helps me honour commitments to my team and other clients.

Absolutely! Just let me know 48 hours ahead and we can find a new time that works better. After that, there’s a 50% rescheduling fee due to studio commitments, but we’ll definitely work together to find a solution.
