How Much Do Professional Headshots Cost in Dubai? (2026 Guide)
"How much does a headshot cost?" is one of the first questions people ask me. It is a fair question, and the honest answer is: it depends on what you need. A quick photo for your LinkedIn profile and a full personal branding shoot are very different things.
This guide gives you typical price ranges in Dubai for 2026, explains what changes the price, and shares the questions worth asking before you book, so you can choose with confidence.
The quick answer
Based on publicly listed rates from Dubai photographers and booking platforms in October 2026, here is roughly what you can expect:
Basic individual headshot: about AED 200 to AED 500. Usually a 15 to 30 minute session with 1 to 3 retouched photos.
Executive headshot with coaching: about AED 500 to AED 900. More time, more guidance on posture and expression, and a few retouched images to choose from.
Team headshots at your office: about AED 100 to AED 500 per person. A mobile studio comes to you. There is often a setup or visit fee on top of the per-person rate.
Personal branding photoshoot: about AED 1,500 to AED 4,000 or more. One to four hours, several outfits and setups, and anywhere from 10 to 50 or more edited images.
Prices change over time and every photographer works differently, so always confirm what is included before you book.
What changes the price?
Time
A 15-minute headshot and a 4-hour branding session need very different amounts of planning, shooting and editing.
Number of edited images
Many packages include a set number of fully retouched photos. Extra images are usually charged individually, so it helps to know how many you really need.
Level of retouching
Light editing corrects colour and exposure. High-end retouching takes much longer: skin, stray hairs, clothing creases and background clean-up, while still keeping you looking like yourself.
Location
A studio session is usually the simplest. Bringing a mobile studio to your office, or shooting at an outdoor location, adds travel and setup time.
Outfits and setups
Each outfit change or new background takes time to light and photograph. Personal branding shoots often include several of both.
Delivery time
Standard delivery might be anything from 24 hours to a week. Same-day or next-day delivery usually costs extra.
Planning and guidance
For branding shoots, a discovery call to understand your audience and goals is part of the value. So is good coaching on the day. Most people are not comfortable in front of a camera, and a photographer who can put you at ease makes a visible difference in the final images.
Cheap vs. premium: what is the real difference?
The camera matters less than people think. The real differences are usually:
Expression. Can the photographer help you relax so the photo looks like the real you?
Guidance. Will you be told exactly how to stand, turn and hold your chin, or left to guess?
Retouching. Is it natural, or does it make you look like someone else?
Consistency. For teams, does everyone match in lighting, framing and background?
Experience. Does the photographer understand how executives and business owners actually use their photos?
A lower price can be the right choice for a simple profile update. For leaders whose photo represents them to clients, investors, media or a large team, the extra time and care usually pays for itself.
